Just an update,I went today to my local Notary Public, I wasn't really expecting a great deal of help, but he was very good we talked and I showed him what I wanted and what I had, what he is going to do is bind together my CNI, my Single Stat Cert, and my Decree Absolute also put in a document about my divorce being in the UK and me now being in Aus,
He will also send it all to DFAT, for me then can organise through a courier service it to go to the Chinese Consulate, I feel confident in him and it is a great relief to me,
Would like to thank everyone for there very kind help, it is very much appreciated.

    Hi Slow,
You are only doing this once. The Notary has done it lots of times!

Well you finally got there Dave. I thought your notary would be able to assist you with the legalisation side.
It's turned out better than you expected. Get all those documents translated in China and your ready to be married.
The marriage takes about 15 minutes and costs around 9RMB. LOL.

Hi Slow, I am pleased you are finally getting sorted out.
My Notary did they same in respect of combining about 4 documents together at once before he sent it away to be notarised .
Just a word of caution make sure your Notary puts in all the relevant information that is on the Forum.
Mine changed it slightly but it was still sufficient to get married.
As you are paying for it may I suggest putting in what is on the Forum and then what ever is relevant to suit your circumstances as well.
    Good Luck and Best Wishes.

Thanks guys, without your advice and help I would not be here were I am today, ( almost confident) Steve I basically used the CNI that Alan so kindly e-mailed me just filled in my own details and changed it an bit relating to my own particular circumstances, the Notary will use it as it is, I printed it on a nice stiff Document paper, looks cool !!
